What better opportunity to update my website, than to look back at this incredible year of “firsts.”  In my final NASA blog post, I wrote that I hoped to “find a garage in Palo Alto to do what I love.”  I found that garage – more or less – and some of the most talented engineers and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley to join me there.

In the next few posts, I will share my story of leaving NASA to build a new kind of computer company that aims to democratize large scale computing and ignite a new era of global innovation by making big data and large scale computing accessible to all businesses.
